My stay at this hotel was absolutely great! The location is superb, right in front of Southern Cross Station, making it super convenient for transport. The rooms are spacious and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a washing machine and dryer, but the bathroom was a bit small. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff and great value for all customers. The dining experience was excellent with included snacks. However, the facilities were lacking a bit, as there wasn't a pool or gym available. Overall, a great value for money stay!
